Manroland Japan exhibited at Japan Pack 2025, held from October 7–10, 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight (East Hall 7-107). Under the theme “WE ARE PRINT.®”, the company presented its latest solutions in decorative printing, automation and energy- and labour-saving technologies, highlighting the ongoing evolution of offset printing
The booth focused on demonstrating how offset printing continues to deliver high productivity, consistency, and added value through automation and smart integration. The theme showcased the balance between printing efficiency and creative expression that defines Manroland’s approach.
Exhibit Highlights
At the center of the exhibit was the Ultima® decorative printing technology, featuring a cold foil sample that attracted strong interest from designers and packaging printers. Visitors learned about OnePass® technology, which enables efficient, high-quality decorative printing in a single process.
Live demonstrations featured the IntegrationPilot system and printnetwork® colour, showing how spot colour standardization and job automation can improve accuracy and reduce setup time. A video demonstration “Printing Three Jobs in 9 Minutes and 20 Seconds” illustrated the performance of the autoprint solution, including SPL, QuickChange Job Plus, 20,000 rpm operation, and TripleFlow inking. These demonstrations clearly showed how offset printing remains competitive through automation and consistent quality.
Technical Expertise and Customer Engagement
To showcase Manroland’s technical capabilities, the booth featured business card samples produced with a 10-colour press, inline foiler, and embossed coating, a combination that highlights Manroland’s strength in decorative applications.
A dedicated meeting area provided space for discussions with visitors, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting the Japanese printing industry.
Mr. Adachi (Chairman) of Japan Pack opened the event and stated, “BEYOND | Create the Future of Packaging Together” expresses the drive to move beyond traditional packaging toward innovation and sustainability.
