{"id":2544,"date":"2026-07-01T11:54:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T10:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.manrolandsheetfed.com\/fr-fr\/?p=2544"},"modified":"2026-07-01T20:07:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T19:07:12","slug":"former-manroland-site-leased-to-siemens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manrolandsheetfed.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/former-manroland-site-leased-to-siemens\/","title":{"rendered":"Former Manroland Site Leased to Siemens"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Several hundred new jobs to be created<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><i>Offenbach \u2013 1st July, 2026<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Langley Holdings today announced that its German property holding company has signed a long term lease agreement with a subsidiary of German industrial giant, Siemens AG.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siemens will occupy part of the former Manroland printing machinery works in Offenbach am Main and are expected to create several hundred new jobs at the site.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the lease, Siemens will occupy approximately half of the former Manroland works for manufacture of equipment in connection with data centres \u2013 a sector that is growing enormously due to demand from AI.<\/p>\n<p>In a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/press.siemens.com\/global\/en\/pressrelease\/siemens-invest-eu300-million-germany-build-electrical-backbone-tomorrows-industries\">press release today\u00a0Siemens announced<\/a>\u00a0that it is investing around \u20ac300 million across Germany to ramp up production to meet this increased demand. Langley recently announced that it is investing around \u20ac100 million at its power division factories, also to meet AI demand.<\/p>\n<p>Roland Buscher \u2013 Chairman of the Executive Board of Siemens AG:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>With this investment, we are strengthening our leadership role in technologies that form the\u00a0<\/em><em>backbone of tomorrow\u2019s industries.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anthony Langley \u2013 Chairman &amp; CEO of Langley Holdings plc:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am very pleased that we have reached an agreement with Siemens.
