{"id":2379,"date":"2021-08-05T11:56:24","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T10:56:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.manrolandsheetfed.com\/fr-fr\/?p=2379"},"modified":"2025-10-17T12:00:02","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T11:00:02","slug":"parent-company-interim-trading-statement-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.manrolandsheetfed.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/parent-company-interim-trading-statement-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Parent Company Interim Trading Statement 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Langley Holdings plc, the diverse engineering and industrial group, parent company of the Manroland Sheetfed group, today published its Interim Trading Statement for the 6 months to 30 June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The group reported a profit before tax (PBT) for the period of \u20ac12.0 million on revenues of \u20ac363.9 million, compared with \u20ac3.9 million for the same period last year on revenues of \u20ac370.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>The group closed the half year with net assets of \u20ac738.9 million and a consolidated cash balance of \u20ac311.9 million with nil net debt.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman &amp; CEO, Tony Langley, said in his review that there had been a \u201csignificant uptick in order books across all divisions\u201d in the first half and this will be reflected in a \u201cstrong second half\u201d.
