Langley Holdings plc<\/a>, the diverse engineering and industrial group, parent company to the Manroland Sheetfed group, today published its IFRS Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020.<\/p>\n

In the year to 31 December 2020, the group recorded a profit before tax and non-recurring items of \u20ac28.5 million on revenues of \u20ac766.8 million.<\/p>\n

Non-recurring costs of \u20ac4.5 million, associated with the closure of the group\u2019s Marelli Motori division factory in Malaysia during the period, resulted in a profit before tax of \u20ac24.1 million.<\/p>\n

Net assets at the year-end were just over \u20ac707.2 million and consolidated cash around \u20ac288 million. The group has nil debt.<\/p>\n

\u201c2020 was a year like no other\u201d said Mr Tony Langley in his Chairman\u2019s Review of the business and that the group had \u201c\u2026successfully navigated the single most challenging economic and social phenomena in living memory.\u201c<\/p>\n
