Weltweit besch\u00e4ftigt das Unternehmen rund 1.500 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p>Fast alle direkten Mitarbeiter bleiben erhalten, nur 20 nehmen am Freiwilligen-programm teil. Um dies zu kompensieren, erh\u00f6ht das Unternehmen die Zahl der Auszubildenden von Jahr zu Jahr.<\/p>\n<p>Der Gro\u00dfteil des Personalabbaus erfolgt mit \u00fcber 80 % auf freiwilliger Basis, wobei die Mehrheit die Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit vorzeitig beendet. Der anschlie\u00dfende Aufschwung f\u00fcllt zwar wieder die Auftragsb\u00fccher, ist aber von Engp\u00e4ssen in der Lieferkette, steigenden Kraftstoff-, Material- und Transportkosten sowie hohen Fehlzeiten gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>Covid-19, obwohl viel weniger virulent, hat sich in Deutschland immer weiterverbreitet. Seit die deutsche Regierung im November 2021 praktisch alle Beschr\u00e4nkungen aufgehoben hat, sind die F\u00e4lle in die H\u00f6he geschnellt, und das Land hat einen Rekord an Fehlzeiten zu verzeichnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Probleme in der Lieferkette entspannen sich im gesamten Fertigungssektor, aber Manroland Sheetfed stellt all seine legend\u00e4ren Druckmaschinen in Deutschland her und hat die Folgen der Pandemie voll zu sp\u00fcren bekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen \u00fcberpr\u00fcft seit letztem Sommer seine Aktivit\u00e4ten und hat jeden Aspekt seines Gesch\u00e4fts unter die Lupe genommen. Das Unternehmen sagt, dass die Rationalisierung seine Kapazit\u00e4t zum Bau der f\u00fcr dieses Jahr geplanten 500 Druckwerke (etwa 100 Druckmaschinen) nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigen wird.
